Key Responsibilities


General Responsibilities and Tasks 


  • Ensure fully compliance during HR daily operations. Provide guidance to employee in terms of HR policies and procedures.Item 3 of 14, 
  • Drive C&B operations excellence, including monthly payroll process, employment contract renewal process, HR systems maintenance, employee database and personnel file management etc. ensure all data and file are well kept.Item 4 of 14, 
  • Closely monitor HR vendors’ service level, make sure vendor’s service meet with company’s requirement and fully compliant. Actively find ways to improve vendor service quality.Item 5 of 14, 
  • Ensure a smooth and effective day-to-day communication with each port, maintain a healthy relationship with each business unitItem 6 of 14, 
  • Responsible for Special Working Hour System application for each applicable port.Item 7 of 14, 
  • Liaise with local HR vendors on annual adjustment of social insurance and housing fund, ensure the data is submitted accurately and in time.Item 8 of 14, 
  • Follow up on work injury process.Item 9 of 14, 
  • Prepare HR reports timely and ensure the accuracy.Item 10 of 14, 
  • Ensure the service delivery associated with various employee benefits programmes for example medical, insurance, housing, retirement, employee travel etc.Item 11 of 14, 
  • Provide support with employee transfers, secondments, visa applications and other administrative processes as requiredItem 12 of 14, Participate in all C&B related projects

Compliance


  • Closely monitor and study on government regulation changes/updates or newly release which will affect company policy or employee compensation and benefits, to support the management identifying and recommending necessary changes.Item 2 of 3, 
  • Ensure all HR documentation and filing is conducted in a compliant and efficient mannerItem 3 of 3, 
  • Conduct local legislative reporting to government and other regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements


Academic Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a closely related discipline


Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience


  • At least 3 years experiences in C&B or similar role Item 2 of 11, 
  • Practical knowledge and experience in a Human Resource environment particularly in payroll, insurance, work health and safety, is a distinct advantageItem 3 of 11, 
  • Experience in working with a global matrix organisationItem 4 of 11, 
  • Experience working with core Human Resource Information System platform including data extraction and reportingItem 5 of 11, 
  • Effective in managing day to day processes and competing prioritiesItem 6 of 11, 
  • Collaborative and energeticItem 7 of 11, 
  • String internal customer service mind set.Item 8 of 11, 
  • Good team working and relationship management skillsItem 9 of 11, 
  • Strong excel skills and experience using statistical modelling software is advantageousItem 10 of 11,

  • PRC national register or holding PRC ID
